Hayes & Yeading United Football Club



Following tonights fixtures, United now know our next oppoents in both the Buildbase FA Trophy and the Velocity Trophy.

In the countries premier non-league knockout competition we will travel to Banbury United on Saturday 10th November, kick off 3pm.

In the League Cup, the Velocity Trophy, we will be making our way to Folkestone Invicta on
Tuesday 13th November unless either team has an FA Trophy replay.




Following today's Buildbase FA Trophy draw, Hayes & Yeading United will now face a trip to either Swindon Supermarine or Banbury United in the 2nd Qualifying Round of this years tournament with the fixture scheduled for Saturday 10th November.

As a consequence of United's progression, our home fixture against Westfield due for that day has been rescheduled to Tuesday 11th December, kick-off 7:45pm.



The club can confirm that our Middlesex Senior Charity Cup tie away at CB Hounslow United will take place on Tuesday 27th November and will kick off at 7:30pm.




Hayes & Yeading United have been given a trip to Kent in the third round of this years Velocity Trophy where we will visit the winners of the second round tie between Premier Division side Folkestone Invicta and South East Division side Sittingbourne that is due to take place on Tuesday 30th October.

Date and kick off time will be advised once our opponents are known and the details have been agreed.




Hayes & Yeading United have been drawn at home to Enfield Town in the second round of the Middlesex Senior Challenge Cup, the tie will take place at the SKYex on Tuesday 6th November and additionally we have been drawn away to CB Hounslow United in the second round of the Middlesex Charity Cup, the date and kick off for this fixture will be advised once agreed.

Lastly, our Bostik League visit to Chalfont St Peter that has again been postponed due to FA Trophy commitments, has been rescheduled for Tuesday 20th November with the usual 19:45 kick off.




Work behind the scenes to get the home, away and officials changing rooms ready is gathering pace.

Showers have been fitted and have smart white tiling all around while a durable and easy clean floor has also been laid.

This week saw the start of the furnishings being fitted. Purpose made benches which also double-up to house players kit bags have been installed and wall units above the benches all have further storage space and a hanging rail too.

Once this aspect has been completed, work will continue on the completion of the sanitary fittings and work to install toilets for supporters is also being carried out at this time.

It is intended that these facilities will be in use sometime early in the New Year.

Hayes & Yeading United have been drawn away to Evo-Stik Southern Premier Central side Hitchin Town in the first qualifying round of the Buildbase FA Trophy.

The tie is scheduled to take place on Saturday 27th October at Hitchin's Top Field ground, kick off 3pm.
