Hayes & Yeading United Football Club

Manager Paul Hughes today strengthened his attacking options with the arrival of 20 year-old Wealdstone striker Dejon Noel-Williams on a months initial loan.

Subject the Southern League and FA clearance, Dejon will join the United squad for Saturday’s trip to Gosport Borough.

Following today's draw at FA Headquarters, United now know that should we be victorious in our replay against AFC Dunstable on Tuesday evening, we will have a trip to BetVictor Isthmian South East leaders Haywards Heath Town on Saturday 7th September in the first qualifying round.

For the second time this week, Hayes & Yeading United show their delight in announcing the return of one of last season's title winning side, this time it's one of the defensive rocks as Liam McDevitt returns to United from Biggleswade Town. Also arriving at United is former QPR defender Jack Williams.

Liam joins another returnee, Scott Donnelly, and new arrivals Omar Rowe and Jack Williams in the squad for this weekends games against AFC Dunstable and Farnborough.

Welcome back Liam and welcome Jack.

Following receipt of International Clearance, Paul Hughes has confirmed the arrival of attacking midfielder Omar Rowe who joins the club after latterly playing in Cyprus with Ayia Napa.

Omar announced his arrival with United's goal in last night's mid-season friendly defeat at National South side Wealdstone and he goes straight into the squad for Saturday's Emirates FA Cup tie at AFC Dunstable.

We are delighted to announce the return of Scott Donnelly to the club.

Last year’s title winning skipper, who has scored 30 times in 76 appearances for United returns after a brief sojourn to Moneyfields.

We all look forward to seeing Scott back on the pitch wearing the United #7 shirt that he made his own last season.

On behalf of the club I would like to thank and congratulate Derrick Matthews on his third place in the Isthmian League Groundsman of the Year awards that were presented by the FA this week, this adds to the runners-up spot that he earned the previous season in the Southern League.

A big thank you also to Kevin Taylor who regularly helps in keeping the SKYex pitch as good as it is and with it again looking splendid this season who knows what will happen at next years awards, here's hoping.

Today's cup draws unveiled on Twitter by the Middlesex County FA has seen United given a 1st round bye this season in both the Senior Challenge Cup and the Senior Charity Cup.

In preparation for our opening day fixture at Tiverton Town, Hayes & Yeading can today confirm the following additions to Paul Hughes' squad.

Ravan Constable, Jerome Eccleston, Gabriel Piorkowski, Lyle Della-Verde, Dean Mason, Ogo Obi, Dylan Switters and a welcome back to Keano Robinson and Dan Spence.
