Troy Bantleman was an industrious midfielder who started his career at Mullingar Town in 2001, before moving to Uxbridge in the summer of 2002. He made one start and one appearance from the bench for Yeading in the 2003-04 season. Troy then played for Ashford Town and Southall, before starting the 2006-07 season at Chesham United. He trashed his cruciate ligament playing for Chesham United against Swindon Supermarine in November 2006 and missed the rest of that season, but returned for the 2007-08 season. He started the 2008-09 season at Beaconsfield SYCOB but moved to Bracknell Town in September 2008 and stayed there for the rest of the season. He then began 2009-10 at Aylesbury United, but a number of niggling injuries restricted him to four games, and in September 2009 he joined Southall in the Middlesex County League, who then claim moved to Hayes Gate.

Michael Barima is a strong and powerful player who featured for Harrow Borough, Hampton & Richmond Borough, Aldershot Town, Maidenhead United and Beaconsfield SYCOB, before arriving at Yeading in pre-season 2003/04. He impressed on his debut with a goal against Egham Town, and was the 2003-04 Capital League Player of the Year. Michael was a member of the Yeading team that played Newcastle United in the FA Cup in 2005. During his time at The Warren he made 59+23 appearances, scoring 9 times while also spending time on loan with Hendon of the Ryman League to retain match fitness. Michael was another to sign on with the new merged Club in the summer of 2007.

Born in February 1981, Bobby Behzadi started his career at Stevenage Borough, and then moved to Hayes, who were at that time in the Conference National, before joining Yeading in the summer of 2001. Bobby was a versatile player who could play as a defender, a wing-back or in midfield, and was originally a fitness instructor with the US Army. Apart from a brief spell at Farnborough Town at the beginning of the 2004-05 season, Bobby spent six seasons at Yeading accumulating 164+24 appearances with 11 goals to his credit. In February 2007 Bobby followed ex-Yeading manager Johnson Hippolyte to Maidenhead United, and he remains there as at 2011.

French holding midfielder Fouahde Belaid who was originally on the books at Nice, moved to England to try his luck at Grays Athletic. He also played for Hampton & Richmond Borough, French second division side Menton, Staines Town, Crawley Town and Farnborough Town before eventually joining Yeading. He made his Yeading debut off the bench in a 0-1 defeat at Lewes in January 2006 but struggled to hold down a first team place following injury making just 15+1 appearances with a solitary goal. Another to sign on with the merged Hayes & Yeading United in 2007.

Matthew Bell was a young defender whose performances in the reserves saw him make a single substitute appearance towards the end of the 2004-05 season.

Goalkeeper Luke Blackmore arrived at Yeading from Chalfont St Peter in early 2003, and made his debut in a league match against Oxford City at The Warren. After a season away from the Warren, ‘Spunky’ returned to Yeading in the summer of 2005 and proved a more than capable stand-in during the absence of Delroy Preddie, including the FA Cup match at Nottingham Forest. Having made 66+1 appearances for the Ding, Luke moved to Hendon in the summer of 2007.

Much respected forward Chris Boothe whose distinguished career has seen him net goals for Hanwell Town, Farnborough Town, Hayes, Chesham United and Sutton United, featuring in the Conference, Ryman Premier and Dr Martens Premier. He joined Yeading in October 2003 having converted to a defender and made 30 starts and 2 substitute appearances in Yeading’s 2003-04 promotion-winning team. He started the 2004-05 season as player manager at Aylesbury United but after just 2 wins in 13 matches he was soon relieved of his duties. During the 2006-07 season he joined Hanwell Town as manager before resigning in May 2008.

Richard Bouton was an attacking player from Islington, who started his career at Norwich City, before joining the Reading Academy. After his release in the summer of 2004 he briefly moved to Torquay United before arriving at The Warren in October 2004, only for his opportunities to be limited by a number of injuries. Richard made 3 starts and 8 substitute appearances in the 2004-05 season and scored his only Yeading goal in the FA Trophy victory over Croydon in November 2004.

Nathan Bowden-Haase linked up with Yeading in pre-season 2006-07, transferring for a small fee after impressing as Chesham United’s captain. Nathan was a very assured young player whose displays at the heart of the Ding defence attracted the attention of a number of clubs. He made 27 starts for Yeading in the 2006-07 season, scoring 5 goals in the process. He joined Hemel Hempstead Town in February 2007, and voted their player of the year in 2008-09. In the summer of 2009 Nathan joined Histon but played just one game before joining Slough Town where spent the rest of the 2009-10 season. Nathan then moved to Scotland where he turned down a chance to play for Airdrie United and started the 2010-11 season at Pollok of the WJFA West Premier League.

Ben Bowditch was a youth team player at Tottenham who captained the England U18s and also played at U19 and U21 level. He then made a handful of appearances for Colchester United and Akademisk Boldklub of Copenhagen. Started the 2005-06 season at Barnet and made five starts for Yeading in a loan deal at the end of that season. He moved to Cambridge City for the beginning of the 2006-07 season, scoring a penalty on his third appearance against Hayes. He joined St Albans City for the 2008-09 season and moved Bishop’s Stortford in the summer of 2009. Ben sustained a serious cruciate ligament injury at Welling United in October 2009, but recovered and spent the 2010-11 season as Bishop’s Stortford captain.

Leyton Brooks made just a solitary start in the 2003-04 season.

Yeading’s “Captain-Marvel” Darti Brown rejoined the club at the end of the 2002-03 season. Darti was a hard-working midfielder who led Yeading in their treble-winning 2004-05 season, which included a second league title in succession, as well as the Middlesex Senior Challenge and Charity Cups. At various times he also played for Harrow Borough, Wembley, Barnet and Willesden Constantine. Darti was voted players player of the year in 2004-05 and in all he made 119+5 appearances scoring 5+ goals before following ex-Yeading manager Johnson Hippolyte to Maidenhead United in October 2006, then joined Staines Town at the beginning of the 2008-09 season and stayed for two seasons.

Dereck Brown was one of Yeading’s most experienced players, joining the club in the summer of 2002 to link up with former Chesham United teammate Johnson Hippolyte. Dereck won a variety of international honours and player of the year awards. For the Ding he made 67+16 appearances, scoring 3 times. He also played for Welling United, Walton & Hersham, Woking, Wembley and Hendon. Another who moved to Maidenhead with Johnson Hippolyte in October 2006, and he remains at York Street as assistant manager as at 2011.
