Half-Time: 0-0 Referee: G Dodd
Having earned a point in stoppage time last time out, it was roles reversed in this one as the home side snatched a last minute equaliser having fought back from two goals down with eight minutes to play.

The first half was very hard work with very few chances being created and it was not surprising that the half ended goalless. It could have been different though when a corner was flicked goalwards in the fourth minute and sliced over his own crossbar by United's Calum Scrivens.

From that point on the only chances of the half fell to United, Toby Little beat two defenders on the left but keeper Gary Currell was equal to his shot, palming it away to safety. Little was again the instigator a few minutes later when his free-kick was only part cleared to James Mulley whose dipping volley was tipped over by Currell at full stretch.

Right on the stroke of half-time Dennis Zadeikas found the returning Adam Cornell who controlled the pass and shot on the turn only for Currell to again be in the way.

The second half was to be an all together more exciting event and it was the home side who started the quicker, Craig Roberts breaking away down the right whipped in a cross to the far post but Tom Crouch could not hit the target.

Play then moved almost immediately to the other end, Mulley and Little worked a neat combo on the wing before the latter's cross found centre-back Scrivens, still upfield from the previous corner , but Currell again proved an obstacle as he pushed his header around the post.

Roberts swung a shot just wide for the Rams and then United opened the scoring just before the hour mark courtesy of the prolific Adam Cornell. The move started as far back as the edge of the United area where Emmanuel Sackey picked up the ball and started a move up the right flank before finding Miles Jones who in turn sent Mulley forwards, the midfielders cross being met by Cornell who timed his near post run perfectly to beat Currell from close range.

Just seven minutes later Jones found his strike partner Cornell on the edge of the area, his initial drive was palmed away by Currell and when Little fed it back to him again his second effort was just off target. Still United pushed for a second, Currell tipped a Cornell drive around the post and Mulley was just wide after a surge from midfield. With fifteen minutes remaining Rams striker Aaron Lansiqurt broke through on goal only to be denied inside the six yard box by a gang tackle by keeper John Peacock and full-back Jack Rooney.

Little was causing problem after problem for the Rams right back Gavin Carty almost creating a second when he outstripped the defender before finding Cornell at the near post only for Currell to superbly block his point blank effort. The respite only lasted six minutes though, a deep Jones cross was controlled by Little who sold his marker a dummy before moving past him and rifling the ball into the roof of the net from 15 yards.

The two goal advantage sadly lasted less than sixty seconds as Crouch latched onto a loose ball in the United box and slotted past Peacock to bring his side back into the game. As the game entered stoppage time the same player rose above Peacock's fist at a corner to power home an undeserved equaliser for the home side.

Even then there was still time for Zadeikas to run onto a Cornell pass but once more Currell was equal to the effort as he pushed away the shot and referee Dodd drew proceedings to a close.
